About the Project:
Our client Jane got in touch with us to investigate the drains at her house to see the condition of the pipes as she was doing some minor renovations and wanted to ensure that everything below the ground had no problems.
The Problem:
We found the pipes that ran below her laundry floor and back courtyard were infested with tree roots entering sections that had been replaced in PVC and also the original terracotta pipes.
How We Fixed It:
We removed the toilet to gain access to the sewer pipes so we could carry out a trenchless pipe repair to the drains using our brawoliner epoxy resin. On completion we reinstalled the existing toilet and had all the work complete in the one day.
